5 WEEK STRENGTH/BODYBUILDING FULL PROGRAM
This 5 week program is built around progressive overload, with different workouts every few weeks to keep it from being a standard/monotonous bodybuilding style program.
The program is split up as follows:
Day 1: Lower Body (Glute Focus)
Day 2: Upper body (Delt Focus)
Day 3: Lower Body (Quad focus)
Day 4: Upper Body (Back focus)
Day 5 is OPTIONAL but will include a cardio and core workout for you if you so choose!
Each day will have core workouts as well as a general warm up for you to do.
Ideally, these workouts would be done in a commercial/standard gym HOWEVER, if you have a home gym setup or dumbbells/barbell at home, you will be able to complete most things (with the exception of machines obviously) and if you need help with any modifications, I'd be happy to help you with that.
